One of the screw-formed tools, screw header punch also named second punch.It's major used to finish the head and recess shape of screw (ie. Phillips, Pozi, Hexagon, Square and Six-lobe recess).

used to finish the Bugle head and phillips driver of drywall screw. It is for
ANSI standard flat head machine screw, bugle head drywall screw and flat head self tapping screw .
The material is M2, we also have M42 material.
The coated is without coated, we also have tin coated and tilan coated.
The hardness is 62.5-63.5degree, we use vacuum heat treatment furnace to heat treatment.
