PCD dies are ideal for long production runs and for drawing abrasive wire materials as they outlast TC, SSCD and ND dies. Polycrystalline diamond dies are available in various grain sizes, both in supported and unsupported configurations. PCD dies provide uniform hardness and extended wear
resistance in all directions.
Polycrystalline wire / tube drawing die are made in high quality diamond, which has the advantages of uniform texture, strong abrasion resistance, high finish, high precision and long work life, etc., and can guarantee the surface smoothness and accuracy of wire material during the long drawing process.
Dies inner diameter production range is 0.03mm-32mm.
